Wholesale of aluminum profiles
The titanium gold plating process on aluminum profiles belongs to the coating technology. It adds pre plating and electroplating process steps on the basis of the conventional titanium plating process. The pre plating process involves chemically treating the activated plated parts in an aqueous solution of salt and hydrochloric acid; The plating solution components of the electroplating process include nickel sulfate, nickel chloride, boric acid, sodium dodecyl sulfate, saccharin, and brightener. This process has the advantages of simplicity, practicality, and good effect. The titanium aluminum profile produced by this process has a film hardness HV ≈ 1500, and is 150 times more wear-resistant than 22 K gold plating under the same conditions. It can be processed into various forms of bright series of aluminum profiles such as gold, color, and black.
China has approximately 300 types of alloys and 1500 varieties of aluminum processing materials, making it one of the countries with the richest variety of products in the world. Among the numerous varieties of aluminum processing materials, a large number of international advanced products and national famous brand products have emerged, representing the mainstream direction of the development and application of modern aluminum processing technology in China.
Aluminum profile production process
casting
Casting is the first process in aluminum production
The main process is:
(1) Ingredients:Calculate the amount of various alloy components added based on the specific alloy grade required for production, and reasonably match various raw materials.
(2) Melting:The prepared raw materials are added to the smelting furnace according to the process requirements for melting, and the impurities and gases in the melt are effectively removed through degassing and slag refining methods.
(3) Casting:The melted aluminum liquid is cooled and cast into various specifications of round cast rods through a deep well casting system under certain casting process conditions
