Temperature requirements for the production of Hainan Angle steel
In the production process of Angle steel, external environmental factors are also the main aspects that affect its production quality, and among many external environmental factors, temperature has a great influence. So, how does the temperature affect the molding of the Angle steel?
In general, the initial forging temperature of the Angle steel is understood as the maximum heating temperature allowed for the steel or alloy in the heating furnace. Under normal circumstances, before taking the blank from the heating furnace to the forging equipment to start forging, the blank has a temperature drop of several degrees to several tens of degrees, depending on the size of the blank, the method of transporting the blank and the distance between the heating furnace and the forging equipment.
In addition, the carbon content has the most important influence on the upper forging temperature of the steel, so that the initial forging temperature of the Angle steel decreases with the increase of the carbon content, so the initial forging temperature usually decreases more with the increase of the carbon content, and the carbon content in the raw material must be controlled.
From the above analysis, it can be seen that the Angle steel needs different temperatures when going through different production stages, so the operator needs to constantly adjust the temperature change, so as to ensure that the flat steel is better forged and improve its quality.
