First:manual rust removal

Remove the oxide skin and casting sand on the surface of pipes, equipment and containers with a scraper and file, and then remove the floating rust on the surface of pipes, equipment and containers with a wire brush, and then polish with sandpaper, and wipe it with cotton silk.

Second, mechanical rust removal

First, use a scraper and file to remove the oxide and casting sand on the surface of the pipeline; Then one person in front of the rust remover, one person after the rust remover, the pipe is placed in the rust remover repeatedly until the metal color is revealed; Before brushing the oil, rub it again with cotton silk to remove the floating ash on its surface.

Third, anti-corrosion brush oil

Pipelines, equipment and container valves, generally according to the design requirements for anti-corrosion brush oil, when the design does not require the following provisions should be carried out:

1, open-mounted pipes, equipment and containers must first brush an anti-rust paint, and then brush two coats of top paint before delivery. If there are thermal insulation and anti-condensation requirements, brush two coats of anti-rust paint;

2. Brush two anti-rust paints on concealed pipes, equipment and containers. The second anti-rust paint must be brushed after the first paint dries, and the consistency of the anti-rust paint should be appropriate.

3, buried pipeline to do anti-corrosion layer, if construction in winter, it is appropriate to use rubber solvent oil or aviation gasoline to dissolve 30 a or 30 ethyl petroleum asphalt, weight ratio:asphalt:gasoline =1∶2, anti-corrosion painting methods are generally two:

Manual brushing:manual brushing should be applied in layers, each layer should be reciprocated, criss-cross, and keep the coating uniform, no leakage or falling;

② Mechanical spraying:When spraying, the spray flow should be perpendicular to the spray surface. When the spray surface is flat, the distance between the nozzle and the spray surface should be 250 ~ 350mm. If the spray surface is an arc surface, the distance between the nozzle and the spray surface should be about 400mm. The compressed air pressure used for painting is 0.2 ~ 0.4MPa.
